We offer a variety of training and support services, including training residents as community researchers and providing guidance on topics such as roles and responsibilities, and communication.
Our Work
When training residents, for example as community researchers, our work involves walking trainees through the process of conducting research, writing questions, asking questions and analysing the findings, as well as staying safe whilst undertaking research.
We train community groups and organisations and provide support through informative and interactive sessions. Whether on inclusion and communication or understanding development jargon, conflict management to minute taking, we provide support to help them strengthen their capacity and skills.
