Delivering community and economic development
Established in 2002, Community Regen have worked with over 80 housing associations, local authorities, community and voluntary organisations, and non-governmental organisations in the UK, Asia, South America and Africa.
Our Consultancy provides community and economic development services as an effective way to tackle inequality, achieve social justice and deliver tangible change to local communities.
We work with a wide network of consultants – ensuring that each project team is designed specifically to respond to the needs of the brief.
Our Team
Paul Bragman
Director
Paul is a trained planner, his academic qualifications include a Post Graduate Certificate in Conflict Resolution, an MA in Environmental Planning in Developing Countries and BA (Hons) Social Sciences. Paul has 30 years’ experience of community and economic regeneration work in the voluntary and statutory sector in the UK and overseas.
Paul is an NCVO Approved Consultant, a member of the Empowered Communities in the 2020’s National Steering Group, a Design Council Built Environment Expert.
He is also an Associate Consultant with Campbell Tickell. Paul is also Chair of the board of trustees of BANG, a Brent based charity that supports young people and families to build confidence, self-esteem and skills through a range of activities/programmes.

Community Engagement and Project Coordinator
Nazra Zuhyle
Project Officer
Nazra has B.A in Literature from the University of Madras, India and is passionate about is building communities by bringing people together. She has worked for NHS Barnet, Barnet Council on the Ageing Well Program and Communities 1st as a Community Engagement Officer and has lead projects that engage with and develop local communities.
Nazra is also a storyteller and is passionate about is building communities by bringing people together through storytelling.
She is excited to be part of a vibrant voluntary and community sector and is committed to strengthen the sector and improve its resilience.
Jasmine Usiskin
Project Support
Jasmine has a BA hons in Fine Art with History of Art from the University of Leeds. She is passionate about the visual and community arts and skilled in working in a team to deliver projects.
She enjoys engaging with a range of different people to create change. In Community Regen Jasmine offers Project Support and is currently supporting a number of community projects by managing and coordinating communications with charities and organisations, and assisting in planning, facilitating and writing up of workshops.
Jasmine believes that creativity holds the key to bringing hope and positive change within community settings.
In her spare time Jasmine likes to make her own art and go for long walks with her dog.
