Community Regen deliver training and capacity building support to community groups and communities on a variety of areas.
We are committed to providing flexible training solutions that meet the unique needs of each community. Our goal is to deliver high-impact training outcomes by tailoring our support to your specific requirements. We offer a variety of training and support services, including training residents as community researchers and providing guidance on topics such as roles and responsibilities, and communication.
Training approaches and methods
When working with residents, we can provide training to empower people as community researchers. This involves walking trainees through the process of conducting research, writing questions, asking questions and analysing the findings, as well as staying safe whilst undertaking research.
When working with community groups and organisations, we provide lots of training support through informative and interactive sessions. Whether on inclusion and communication or understanding development jargon, conflict management to minute taking, we provide support to help them strengthen their capacity and skills.
