Grahame Park Theory of Change
We worked with WSA Community Consultants to develop and pilot a Theory of Change for Grahame Park regeneration involving community groups and stakeholders.

Addressing Youth Exploitation and Violence
Addressing Serious Youth Violence
Working with the Greater London Assembly on serious youth violence and working with Big Local areas on how this can be addressed by working together across agencies.
Our work includes:
- Supporting communities identify practical ways they can address youth violence
- Facilitating meetings between communities and authorities
- Facilitating workshops and events around youth violence
- Developing a community voice of key local people of influence to engage in discussions around youth violence

Community Centres and Hubs
Chalkhill Community Centre
We worked with Chalkhill Community Centre, supporting them through a period of change, helping them to gain new trustees, develop their processes and further their business plan.
Our work includes:
- Mapping of existing facilities and community groups
- Stakeholder Consultation
- Building evidence of need (including local demographic information) to accompany and inform physical design

Stockwell Hall of Fame
We worked with Network Homes to carry out a consultation on Stockwell Hall of Fame, an internationally recognised graffiti wall in a Stockwell Estate.
